Acceptance
By installing or using Moneybag (the "App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.
License
Moneybag grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for tracking your own finances. You may not resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the App.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your sign-in credentials and PIN safe.
- Don't use the App for illegal activity or money laundering.
- Don't attempt to access another user's data.
Service availability
Moneybag works offline. Cloud sync requires connectivity to Google Firebase. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and outages can happen.
AI advisor
The in-app AI advisor uses DeepSeek to generate suggestions based on your data. Output is informational, not professional financial advice. Verify important decisions with a qualified advisor.
Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moneybag and Dream Group are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including financial decisions made based on App output.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced inside the App. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
