Moneybag launched in 2026 as the flagship personal finance app from Dream Group, the Bangladesh-headquartered company also behind Dream International, Probashi Info, Bondon, and 4UAI. After six months of daily use, here's an honest, feature-by-feature review.

Design: 9/10

Moneybag uses a calm cream-and-gold palette inspired by premium private-banking apps. Typography is bold and confident (Manrope display + Inter body) with proper Bangla support via Hind Siliguri. The dashboard's “shape system” — gold vertical bars before each section heading — gives the whole app a distinctive visual signature.

Speed: 10/10

Cold-start to dashboard in under 2 seconds on a mid-range Android device. The app is built in Flutter with offline-first Firestore caching, so even on a flaky 3G connection it feels instant.

Privacy & security: 10/10

End-to-end encryption (TLS + AES-256), per-user Firestore Security Rules, optional PIN + biometric lock, auto re-lock on background, no ads, no third-party analytics. Easy data export + permanent account deletion in one tap. This is the strictest privacy posture of any Bangladesh-made finance app I've reviewed.

Features I use daily

Multi-wallet — Cash + bKash + Nagad + Qatar bank in one view.
Multi-currency — auto-converts QAR balances to BDT on the dashboard.
Volt — passport + NID + Qatar QID with auto expiry reminders.
To-Do — bill reminders that show up in the dashboard.

iOS — currently Android-only (web app exists, iOS planned).
CSV import for migrating from spreadsheets or other apps.
